If you prefer, you can send us your photos, DVD or VHS tape by mail.

Before sending your material, please print, read and sign the release form. (You'll need the free Adobe Reader to view the release form).

Include the release form with your material and send both to one of the addresses below.c

Formats and restrictions:

We cannot return photos, tapes or DVDs; please keep a copy of your material.

Please limit your videos to a maximum of 10 minutes.

We reserve the right to edit content for any reason.

Video that includes vulgar language, nudity or other content of an adult nature will not be accepted.

Video without a signed and completed release form will not be used.

Bay News 9, Bright House Sports Network, and Tampa Bay On Demand reserve the right to refuse content for any reason.
